This is how I teach tai chi
Tai chi doesn’t have to be Chinese
Tai Chi is you learning how to relax, learning how to open
yourself, enjoy your release, your liberated self.
Tai Chi is about who you are, how you breathe, how you let
go, how you enjoy life.
It’s a way to integrate everything in your center, allow
yourself to open up, liberate your spirit.
Open your heart and enjoy what you have and be grateful.
Tai Chi is just a sound, how you open up and feel your own
center, feel blessed and grateful.
A ha it’s a sound, it’s a feeling, it’s about who you are,
how wonderful life is, for the moment that you can just open up and breathe,
and be grateful and say yes yes yes yes
It’s an affirmation of life.
And get out of your seat once in a while, get out of this
blocked in vision, just straight your arms and let the sound come out A ha.
It’s not serious , it’s joyful!
It´s a process

É assim que
eu ensino Tai Chi
O Tai chi
aproveitar a vida.
Aproveite a
vida! Goste de viver! É agora, neste momento .
É um
processo
